Here you will find information about our policy for canceling a booked campaign before and after it has gone live.

 

Canceling Before Campaign Start

You can cancel a campaign at no cost 3 days before the campaign starts.
To cancel your campaign, go to “My Campaigns” and select the relevant campaign. On the tab that appears on the right side of the screen, choose “More Options” and then “Cancel Campaign.”

 

Canceling After Campaign Start

Brand Awareness (CPM)

  • Invoice: For this type of campaign, you will still be invoiced for all ordered ad impressions during the entire campaign period.

  • Card Payment: You were charged the full amount at the time of booking and will not be automatically refunded.

Traffic (CPC)

  • Invoice: For this type of campaign, you will only be invoiced for the clicks delivered during the campaign period until you stop it.

  • Card Payment: We will make a final card charge 2 days after stopping the campaign for clicks delivered during the most recent calendar month.
