About Admarket
Admarket is a solution provided by Schibsted Marketing Services AB (SMS), company number 556690-0782, for the purchase and management of digital advertising space (“Ad Products”).
Through Admarket, legal entities can buy Ad Products delivered via SMS and its partners’ channels, and track campaign performance. Admarket is not available for private individuals.
Who is Covered
These terms (“User Terms”) apply to all use of Admarket, whether the user is buying ad space for themselves or on behalf of a third party (collectively, “Users”).
User types include:
Direct Customer – buys for their own account and has access to CPM & CPC products.
Media Agency – a member of the Swedish Media Agencies association or under a media agency agreement with SMS, buying for a third party.
Sales Company – buys ad products for others, with access to CPM products.
Authorized Sales Partner – buys for others under a special sales agreement with SMS, with access to both CPM & CPC products.
Users are responsible for ensuring that subcontractors or end clients comply with these terms.
Acceptance
By using Admarket, the User agrees to:
Requirements to Become a User
SMS conducts a credit check when registering a new account.
Login is via a Schibsted account.
User must provide email, full name, and company info (organization number and name).
Ad Material Responsibility
Users must ensure that ad material:
Is legal, correct, and allowed to be marketed in the target regions.
Contains the user’s logo or company name.
Does not infringe third-party rights.
Complies with SMS advertising rules: Specifications
Does not contain pornographic, violent, offensive, or racist content.
SMS reserves the right to review and reject any ad material violating these rules.
Deadlines
Users must provide ad material on time. Late submissions may result in full charge (100% of total campaign value) and potential delays in campaign start.
Pricing
Prices vary by product, period, channel, and scope.
SMS may adjust prices at any time, but ongoing campaigns are not affected.
Payment
Default payment is by card; invoice payment may be available upon agreement.
For guaranteed impressions, full payment is required at booking.
For non-guaranteed campaigns, billing occurs after campaign completion or monthly for longer campaigns.
Late payment incurs 8% interest.
Complaints and Refunds
Users must report issues as soon as possible.
Compensation for under-delivery may be in the form of additional impressions or value.
No refunds for cancellations of active campaigns.
Statistics and Tracking
SMS provides statistics such as impressions, clicks, and CTR through its ad server provider.
Cancellation and Interruption
Campaign cancellations after start may be charged in full.
Pausing a campaign does not stop billing.
Liability
Users must compensate SMS for damages caused by violations of these terms, including improper ad material.
Changes to Terms
SMS may update User Terms at any time. Users are responsible for keeping up to date.
Breach of Terms
SMS may suspend or terminate a user account for violations.
For serious breaches, SMS may immediately terminate the agreement and claim damages.
